Katherine Napoli

Kat earned her Business Administration degree from Ohio University in 2011.  Kat is a Cleveland, OH native with experience in public and private business and accounting.  She is a wife and mother of two sons and serves in various capacities at her church, Royal Redeemer. She is honored to serve as Treasurer on the Rey'a Board of Directors, as one of her long-term career goals has been to contribute her accounting skills to a non-profit organization.

Matthew Nee

Matt is a Rey'a Allied Attorney.  He and his wife, Kim, are the proud parents of four children.  Matt enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering in his community, and spending as much time as possible outdoors.  Over the past several years, Matt has served as a church elder, an adjunct professor of law, and on several non-profit boards.  Matt is a Life Member of Ohio’s Eighth District Judicial Conference, an Alliance Defending Freedom Allied Attorney, and the Founder of Ohio Northern University’s Cleveland-area Alumni Club.

Hannah Verner

Hannah serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors for Rey’a. She is a recent law school graduate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, earning a certificate in Health Care Compliance. Hannah’s interest in becoming involved with Rey’a stems from a desire to use her skills and legal education to help those who would otherwise have little access to legal help.

Brian McCarty

Brian is passionate about providing members with financial guidance designed to evoke meaningful decisions. He is dedicated to making clients' financial dreams become a reality. Having joined Thrivent in 2004, Brian dedicates his 17 years of experience to the clients of Thrivent’s Western Reserve Financial Associates.

 

Brian spent his undergraduate tenure studying at the University of Toledo, where he earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in 1995. Outside his career at Thrivent, Brian enjoys traveling, golfing, fishing and attending Cleveland Indians and Cleveland Browns games. He devotes his time as a husband of 18 years to his beloved wife Stephanie and as a father to their son, Tyler. Today, he and his family reside in Copley, Ohio.

David Perkins

David is the General Manager at AMECO USA, a custom metal fabrication shop on the west side of Cleveland. After 25 years in education, David moved his family to Ohio to work for his brother at AMECO USA in 2014.  He and his wife Carolyn, a 3rd grade teacher at Westside Christian Academy in Westlake, reside in North Ridgeville with their two children Zachary, a junior at Cedarville University in Cedarville, OH and Jena, a senior at Westside Christian.  They attend Providence Church in Avon.  In his free time, David enjoys outdoor sports and activities, and spending time with his family.  One of his favorite Bible verses is Philippians 4:13.

Dan Ghramm

Dan grew up in Washington State and attended College in Pennsylvania where he met his lovely wife, Amanda.  After getting married, they moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan where Dan finished seminary and served on staff at Grandville Baptist Church. After seminary, Dan and Amanda moved to Cleveland to pastor at North Olmsted Friends Church.  In 2009, they felt called to plant a church in Cleveland called Gateway West.  After 7 years, Dan was asked to move back to west Michigan to be a Church Planting Catalyst with Send Network but after a couple of years they moved back to northeast Ohio where Dan now serves as the pastor of Gateway Church in North Ridgeville and continues as his Catalyst with Send Network helping to recruit, assess, train and mobilize future church planters.  Dan has a passion for growing disciples and developing leaders for Jesus locally and globally.

Ken Ball

Ken and his wife Cathy operate a Chick-fil-A restaurant in North Olmsted, Ohio. When not working, they enjoy traveling together and spending as much time as possible with their two grown children and three young grandchildren.
